Can I place a custom order?

Contact us directly at lifelongonline @ if you have questions about placing a special order. Please note, special requests are considered a minimum of quantity of 12. Requesting a special order is as simple as follows:

  • Provide your design which can be up to three words. Note: LIFELONG will not accept any orders that we deem negative, derogatory, insulting or profane.
  • While the LIFELONG Tee serves as the template for special orders, variations for the format of your design may be discussed as part of your request. We can also print other novelty items too!
  • If you have a graphic or a specific design (e.g. image, symbols), please provide in your email and we will work with you to create the design.
  • We will work with you regarding the color of the tee at that time, however, colors available are subject to change.

What is the maximum number of tees I can order?

There is no maximum, however, so that we can accommodate your order in a timely manner, please contact us at lifelongonline @ for any orders over 12.

How do I know a product is in stock?

If you can place your order and put an item in the cart, it’s in stock! In the event that that an item is not in stock once you place your order, we will let you know immediately. Please email us for details about out of stock orders and when they will be available at lifelongonline @

Will you be adding other designs to your standard stock of shirts?

Yes, absolutely. Our goal at LIFELONG is to add other designs to our inventory. The initial designs you see on our site are just a start! If you have other ideas for a design, please send us an email at lifelongonline @

Will all my merchandise be shipped at one time?

If you order more than one product, we will make every effort to ship all products at once. If any products are unavailable at the time when your order is being processed, we will ship tees as they become available. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you when your order is placed.

How long will it take to get my order?

Once an order is placed, the merchandise will be shipped by the next business day. Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS) and should be received by the customer within 3 – 7 days.

Out-of-Stock Products

From time to time, products may be out of stock due to orders received. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot change or cancel an order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover Card.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

Once an order is shipped, an email from will be sent to help you monitor your shipment.

Can I return my order?

At LIFELONG, we hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days (2 weeks) from your purchase date. The product must be unworn, unwashed and not damaged. LIFELONG will refund for the cost of the merchandise only and not shipping or handling costs.

Please note that our shirts are fitted fashion tees. We recommend our customers consider ordering a size larger for a looser fit. A chart size has also been included along with product information.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can return merchandise that is unworn, not washed or damaged within 14 days (2 weeks) from your order date for an exchange. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size. We will send you the requested item at no shipping charge to you. Note: We recommend that our customers send their returns through a traceable carrier for your protection.
